Messenger Blocker is an
Internet parental control software that will block / restrict access to chat applications like Yahoo or MSN messenger.
Is Messenger Blocker free?
Yes, Messenger Blocker is totally free without any limitation.
Why do I need this program?
Messenger Blocker helps you to control your children internet habits. This application will block
/ restrict access to chat applications like messenger so that your children will stop talking to strangers.
Which are the operating systems that are supported by Messenger Blocker?
Messenger Blocker is compatible
with Windows XP, Windows2000, Windows2003,
Windows Vista . To properly work on Windows
Vista, Messenger Blocker has to be installed
using the administrative rights.
Why I can't receive the reports on e-mail address?
Messenger Blocker does not allow e-mail reporting feature. You can only see the reports but you cannot receive them to a specific e-mail address. If you need this feature you must upgrade to Application Blocker.
What happens if a computer has more user accounts?
By default Messenger Blocker blocks all the user accounts. From the Settings- Logging area you can choose to exclude users from blocking.
Why there are some features disabled in product?
Messenger Blocker is the light version of Application Blocker. All the disabled features are available in Application Blocker and you have to upgrade to Application Blocker if you want to use all the features.
If I do upgrade to Application Blocker I have to pay?
Application Blocker is fully functional during the 5 days trial. After these 5 days you can purchase Application Blocker ($29,95) or you can reinstall Messenger Blocker (free).
Do I have access to the product’s updates?
Messenger Blocker has integrated an Updates button. Periodically you can hit the button and if there is a new version
launched will instantly install.
