There are some reports that Norton Antivirus is blocking the access for Stealth Keylogger, Stealth Chat Monitor or Stealth Website Logger.
Here are the steps users have to make in order for the programs to work with Norton Antivirus:

Step 1:

Open Norton Antivirus main window and select “Tasks & Settings”. 

Step 2:

Select “Change Advance Settings” located on the right side of the window.

Step 3:

Select “Undo & Exclude”.

Step 4:

1.    Select the program from “Items that can be restored” list.
2.    Click”Restore” button.
3.    A new window will appear. Select “Exclude selected non-viral threats from future scans”.
4.    Click “Yes” button.

Step 5:

Restart your computer.
