Please read the video and the general requirements below before submitting your video on the contest. Contestants that do not respect the following requirements will not be accepted.
1. Video Requirements:
1. Accuracy of the information. Entrants must submit video that focuses on the usage of a keylogger (use Stealth KeyLogger as reference). Submission should be in English, German, French or Spanish and must contain a link to http://www.amplusnet.com/keylogger.
2. Informational content. Submission content must be appropriate for all audiences. Submissions referencing obscenity, drugs, violence or other offensive, sexually explicit or lewd material will be disqualified.
3. Production quality. Submission must be in one of the following file formats: avi, mov, mpg, or wmv. The file can be no more than 100 MB in size.
4. Originality – creativity. Submission must be the original work of Entrant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
5. Submission must not contain music (including but not limited to background music) that is not 100% written, composed and performed by Entrant or any person appearing in the video and is 100% license-free. Use of copyrighted material is prohibited.>
6. Recommended submission length is 49 sec with the possibility of extending it to maximum 120 seconds. Videos larger than 120 seconds will be rejected.
2. General requirements:
1. Entrant represents that he/she owns all rights to his/her Submission, including, without limitation, the copyrights in the recording and the performance contained therein.
2. Entrant represents and warrants that he/she has obtained permission from each person whose name, image, likeness or voice (“Likeness”) is included in the Submission, and that such person(s) have granted Entrant all necessary rights to use the person’s Likeness as described in these rules.
3. If the Submission contains any material or elements that are not owned by Entrant and/or that are subject to the rights of third parties, Entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the video, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the video by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness releases for any person who appears in or is identifiable in the video.
4. If the film contains a recognizable public place, permission must be secured prior to submission.
5. By submitting a video, Entrant warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or identifiable in the video consent to the submission and use of the video in the Contest, and to its posting on the Internet in connection with the Contest.
6. All Submissions will be reviewed before being published or judged; however, publication of a Submission does not mean the Submission has been deemed to be in compliance with these rules.
Submissions that do not comply with the above requirements or that otherwise contain prohibited, or inappropriate content will be disqualified and will not be considered for the prize.
3. Deadlines and details
The contest officially opens March 4, 2008 and the final deadline to submit entries is April 4, 2008. The winners will be announced on or around April 9, 2008. Enter today!
4. Finalists and grand prize winner conditions
All Finalists and the Grand Prize winners are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility, compliance with these Official rules and completion of all required documents (described below). Entrant agrees that the Amplusnet has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Contest and that all decisions of Amplusnet and its representative are final and binding.
Winners will be notified on or around April 9, 2008 and they will be required to provide the source of the video. They will also be required to irrevocably assign and transfer to Amplusnet the unconditional and perpetual right to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used) their respective Submissions, including, but not limited to, the recording and the performances contained therein (in each case, as submitted or as edited/modified in any way by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion).
The winners are solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes on his/her prize. Amplusnet will make three (3) attempts to winner via e-mail from time winner selection was accomplished. If Amplusnet is unable to reach winners within this time frame, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of prize notification email as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Amplusnet and its designees to use the winners’ name, address, likeness, voice, statement, photographs and entry (and any version thereof) for advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes worldwide, in any medium now known or hereafter created, without additional permission, compensation, or limitation.
If modification or termination of this Contest occurs, notification will be posted on the Contest Site and Sponsor may, at its discretion, select potential Entrant from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to time of action.
